We have a sitter in your home from bedtime until breakfast (8 hours, additional time booked as drop-in visit or live-in care) – Price includes two pets, +$5 if more than two. Holiday Surcharge $30 per night. This is one of our most popular services. It’s great for pets who like to cuddle!

Rates vary on location, transportation costs, length of stay and number of pets. Available for national and international travel including commercial and private pet nanny services. Erin travels to you, lives in your home and cares for your pets as if they are her own. This is a premium experience and reserved for a select number of clients per year.

Yes, Sierra Petcare is insured and bonded through The Business Insurers of the Carolinas. Certificate of coverage available upon request.
How do I book a service if I’m a new client?
Click any button that says “Book Now” or “Get Started” our site is mobile friendly to all devices. You will be directed to our New Client page to complete some preliminary information. If you have questions feel free to call, text, email, or use Contact Us page. Once your application is approved we will schedule a meet & greet with you and your pet(s).
How far in advance do I need to book?
There’s no such thing as booking too early! We are happy to accept last-minute requests as our schedule can accommodate. If you are not a current client we must have a consultation before any service.
Are you available over the holidays?
Yes! We work holidays so that you can enjoy a well deserved vacation, or time with family and friends. Holiday fees are added to each visit.

My pet requires medication, can your team administer meds?
Yes, care providers are educated in dispensing oral medications, transdermal medications as well as injections. We will go over the details for your pet with you to make sure we are keeping your standards. There is no additional charge for any medication!
What happens if there is bad weather?
Safety is our top priority! We walk dogs and complete other pet visits regardless of the weather. We may modify the time spent outdoors (if blizzard, downpour, high temperatures) and enjoy indoor play time or cuddle time. Please be sure to have a towel available to clean snowy, wet paws.

Can I cancel my booking or service at any time?
Yes, there is no obligation and you can cancel at any time. Please be advised the cancelation policy on the contract will still be enforced at the discretion of the company.

How do I pay?
We try to keep things as simple as possible. Through our system Time to Pet, you can upload your credit or debit card to your profile. We happily accept Venmo, Zelle, cash and checks as well at the start of your service.
You can view any invoices on your profile, as well as get emailed any upcoming charges. In order to book services we do require payment in advance. For day of service requests you will be charged that day.
*For any services that were charged, but canceled outside of our cancelation policy the amount will be applied to your account as an open payment to be deducted from your next invoice.
